Early Childhood Faculty
All lead teachers, including PreK teachers, are degreed and certified or pending certification. Many faculty members also hold Masters Degrees.
PreK3 Lead Teacher
Kristina Fleming
Kristina Fleming is beginning her second year at St. Stephen's. She has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Texas in French and Spanish and previously taught at Leander and Austin school districts for 4 years. She then home schooled her children until she joined SSES. She is fluent in French and has lived in France, and enjoys yoga, hiking, gardening and chickens! Her favorite thing about our school is that it is a “welcoming and beautiful place for learning and growth.”

PreK4 Lead Teacher
Robin Weeks
Robin Weeks was named Wimberley’s Teacher of the Year in 2017 and is beginning her 6th year at SSES! She grew up in Wimberley and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. She stays busy crafting, camping, playing softball and is preparing her daughter to start high school this year. Her favorite thing about St. Stephen's is the loving, family environment.

Debbie Boxley
Debbie Boxley has been a faculty member since 1990 and is the School’s institutional memory. She supports PreK and our Lower School grades with a focus on Kindergarten through 2nd Grade.

Haley Thibodeaux
This is Haley Thibodeaux’s 9th year at SSES and 12th teaching. Her Bachelor’s Degree is in Early Childhood Education. She loves to act and sing as a performer as well as photography and swimming. Her favorite part about teaching at SSES is “that we treat each other with kindness and love.”

Tracey Dugger
Tracey Dugger is beginning her 6th year at SSES, making that a total of 19 years teaching. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Houston. In 1999, she was Teacher of the Year while at Pasadena ISD and 2012-2013 at Humble ISD. She began college at 16 years old and loves that SSES is a “great place to foster a love for learning and discovery” in children. A favorite quote is “Mistakes are proof you are trying.”

Aimee McClain
This is Mrs. McClain's first year at St. Stephen's and she's excited to be joining Mrs. Dugger in our first and second grade classroom. She graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. She currently lives in Kyle, where she taught for 8 years before staying at home with her youngest child. Mrs. McClain loves the outdoors, music, and spending time with her family.

Yvonne Lewis
Yvonne Lewis has been teaching since 2003 and joined SSES in 2015. Her Bachelor’s Degree is from Texas State University. Before becoming a teacher, she was the Assistant Director for Sylvan Learning center. She enjoys the “peaceful atmosphere, loving teachers and incredible students at SSES.” In her free time, she loves going to the beach, taking evening walks around her neighborhood, and spending time with her family. A favorite quote is “When you get, give. When you learn, teach.”

David Dornbrack
David Dornbrack joins our teaching team for the 2018-2019 school year.as our new Science teacher,
David is from Cape Town, South Africa. He attended the University of Cape Town and earned his BA in 2012. He then attended the Cape Town School of English and received his certificate to teach English to Speakers of Other Languages in 2013. He earned his Postgraduate Certification of Education in 2014. He began teaching English to adults at Cape Studies Language School and Intec College. He taught Geography and Life Guidance at Oaklands High School to 510 students from 13-20 years old. He taught Chemistry, English, Mathematics and History to 13 students from 12-16 years old at Khanyisa Waldorf School.

Ginger Laughlin-Chiles
Ginger Laughlin-Chiles began teaching in public schools in 1985 after graduating from Houston Baptist University with a degree in elementary education. After 30 years of public school teaching, Ginger has joined the staff of St. Stephen's. She and her husband, Jim, along with their furry friends have come home to Wimberley where they can enjoy their three daughters and many grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, baking, sewing and painting. A quote she instills in her students is "Children must be taught how to think, not what to think."

Anne Jones
Anne Jones is starting her 10th year at SSES and 18th overall. Her Bachelor’s Degree in Music is from The University of Texas and her Kodaly Certification from Texas State University. She loves to cook, is a black belt in karate and believes that “If you can speak, you can sing. If you can walk, you can dance.” She likes that at SSES “We’re family!”
Studio Art
Leslie Williams
This is Leslie Williams’ third year at SSES after spending 31 years in public education, primarily with Wimberley ISD. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Education and her Master’s Degree in Special Education from Texas State University. She enjoys travel and recently went museum hopping in Amsterdam and France and especially liked the impressionist artwork at the d’Orsay Museum in France. She loves that at SSES the “teachers, administrators, staff, and parents work together to provide a positive, loving, and kind environment for students to learn” and “the variety of special celebrations.” A favorite scripture is: Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do and he will direct your path. Proverbs 3: 5-6
Physical Education
Traci Davis
Coach Davis is beginning her first year at St. Stephen's. She grew up in Allen, Texas. While attending college, she began working within the education system as the Site Coordinator for the after school program of the Allen ISD. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. Traci enjoys a very active lifestyle with her three children. Her hobbies include exercising, softball, repurposing furniture, reading and being outdoors.

Administrative Staff
Will Webber: Head of School
This is Will Webber’s first year as Head of School at St. Stephen’s. He holds a BA with Honors in History and Government from Southwest Texas State University (Texas State) and a Master’s in Education from Trinity University in San Antonio. He served as Principal in Hays CISD at Negley Elementary for eight years. Recently, he served as Principal at San Antonio’s In-District Charter School, Bonham Academy for five years. He was a middle school teacher for fourteen years before going in to School Administration.
Vickie Johnson: Office Manager
Vickie Johnson has been at St. Stephen’s since January 2013. Vickie has served in numerous roles in various business settings during her career and brings a servant’s heart to this position—which includes bookkeeping duties and overseeing the Health Room.
Brad McClusky: Facilities Director
Brad McClusky joined St. Stephen's in 2016 following a career in the security systems industry. Brad oversees the facility and grounds.
